is a comprehensive system for the development of the body, mind, and soul. It includes yoga asanas, mudras, bandhas, self-massage, and specific meditation techniques. Originating from Shiva, this practice focuses on the effects of asanas on the glands and their impact on propensities.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Fusion
combines elements of Ashtanga yoga, emphasizing daily repetitive vinyasa flow practice with ujjayi breathing, bandhas, and drishti. Starting with pranayama and sun salutations, it progresses through postures from the first series, concluding with relaxation.
